Q: How is win rate and pick rate data obtained?

A: Win rate and pick rate data is obtained using Overfast API, an unofficial open-source API that provides Overwatch statistics. Data is automatically updated daily, so it reflects relatively recent statistics. However, it may be delayed compared to official data.

Q: How is matchup data created?

A: Matchup data is created based on pro player evaluations and community opinions. We consider not only statistical data but also in-game synergy and tactical advantages. Note that counter relationships may change due to game updates and meta shifts. We conduct regular reviews, but the latest balance changes may not be immediately reflected.

Q: How is hero map aptitude calculated?

A: Map aptitude is calculated based on win rates, identifying maps where each hero achieves higher or lower win rates, then evaluating them on a 6-tier scale from S to E.

Q: How often is the data updated?

A: Win rates and pick rates are updated daily. Matchup data and map aptitude are reviewed as needed in response to major updates and meta changes.

Q: What do the filters mean?

A: You can filter statistical data by platform (PC/Console), game mode (Quick Play/Competitive), region, and more. Since win rates and pick rates vary by play environment, we recommend filtering according to your own environment.

Q: Where does the pro player data come from?

A: Pro player information is obtained from Liquipedia, a community wiki that comprehensively covers esports information. Since Liquipedia is community-maintained, it may take some time for the latest information to be reflected.
